החדש והנרחב זכינו להישגים ניכרים. ייסדנו אוניברסיטה עממית
(פאלק־אוניווערסיטעט), שהצטרפו אליה גם רבים מהאינטליגנציה
העובדת מקרב המדלגות החילוניות. הסתדרותנו הופיע בבחירות
לעירית בגדי ן ואף זכתה בנציג משלה, הרש ל ארליך ז״ל
(פנקסן). עובדה זו זכתה להכרה במנהיגות התנועה בפולין, שמעטים
