בקרנות הלאומיות, בהחלוץ ובאגודת דוברי עברית "עבריה",
שיסדוה וטיפחוה חובבי שפת עבר, וצעירי־ציון בכללם. הם שקדו
על פעולה תרבותית־ספרותית בעיר, ייסדו ספריה, הפיצו את
הבטאון המפלגתי "באפרייאונג", ערכו הרצאות ונשפי קריאה.
השפעתם מורגשת היתה, בעיר. כן ייסדו אוניברסיטה להשכלת עם,
בה נערכו שעורים בספרות היהודית, בבעיות הציונות, כלכלה
פוליטית, תולדות תנועת הפועלים ועוד. בדאגתה לנוער ייסדה
