... בתקופה זו ידוע עוד מוכס מלכותי יהודי בלבוב
בשם נוטקע. הוא היה סוחד־בקר. בשנת 1452 החכיר
לו המלך קאזימיר ז'אגילונצ'יק את המכס בלבוב.
בכתב החכירה מ~ 2 ביולי 1452 קובע המלך שיושרו,
נאמנותו וכשרונותיו של היהודי נוטקע מלבוב,
המצטיין בזריזותו, הניעו את המלך, על יסוד המלצות
רבות לטובתו ולשבחו, למסור לו ל״יהודי שלנו "
("יודאאוס נוסטער" ) לשנתיים את המכס תמורת
דמי־חכירה בסך אלף גרזיבני (גזיבני = 48 גרושים),
בארבעה שעורין. ב~ 1452 חכר נוטקע גם את מכרות
