ועדת החינוך בגליציה, הנהיג תלבושת־חובה לתלמידי
הגימנסיות ובתי־הספר הריאליים, התארגנו הסטודנטים
הפולנים, וכדי להדגיש את האופי הלאומי בתלבושת
החליטו לחבוש כובע לאומי "בטורובקה". ביעד המארגן
היה גם ויקטור חיות שהורחק מהגימנסיה בשל כך. ...
