פראיות וציד אנשים... אע״פ שהאוכלוסיה הגרמנית, וכל
האוכלוסיה הבלתי־יהודית, משוכנעות בצורך לחסל את כל
היהודים, בכל זאת כדאי היה, כי מעשי השמדה אלה
יבוצעו באופן שלא יעורר תמהון רב ומורת־רוח כל־כך".
