שר־הפנים קבל הקיסר את דעתו. אמנם בשנויים
מקילים 37) וב־18 בפברואר 1860 פורסם החוק על
ביטול ההגבלות לרכישת נכסים. מיד החלו יהודי לבוב
לפנות אל השלטונות בבקשות להעניק להם רשיונות
לרכישת מגרשים, בתים, קרקעות וגם אחוזות, אחרי
שעמדו בתנאים לפי דרישת החוק. מבין הבקשות
