ב־19 ביוני 1848 נפוץ בלבוב עלון של ריתני
אלמוני, בו דרש להעניק אמנציפציה ליהודים רק
כשיהיו ראויים לכך. קודם כל צריכה הממשלה לדאוג
למצב המוסרי של העם היהודי הפרוע והמוזנח 20).
