פסק־דין זה עודדת אגודת הפרוונים לפקח
פקוח חמור על המסחר היהודי, שדוכא כבר עד כדי
כך, שהיהודים לא היו יכולים למכור לא בלבוב ולא
בירידים, אשר נשארו ריקים, כי הפרוונים שנשארו
יחידים דרשו מחירים גבוהים מדי. האצילים שהיו
רגילים להשיג את הסחורה מידי היהודים במחירים
זולים התנגדו לכך. על־כן הטיל ה״סיימיק"
שהתכנס בוישניא בשנת 1640 על ציריו להשתדל
