יונסוייזר) והוא נתחייב לפעול ב״היכל״ העומד לקום
בבגדי־השרד שנקבעו לו כמטיף. כשיסודר ענין
לימוד הדת, יוטל עליו לימוד־הדת בגימנסיות ובבית־
הספר הנורמלי, שיוזמים להקים במקום ויקבל את
הנהלתו ואת הפיקוח על לימוד־הדת. אם לא יקבל
את אישור השלטונות כמורה־דת, הובטחה לו הרבנות
בלבוב על כל הזכויות והחובות התלויות בה. הרב
כהן חזר להוהנעמם והתפטר שם ממשרתו, חזר ללבוב
