ד״ר מאיר בלבן. בראשית מאזדהעשרים קנה סוחר־
כובעים משה רייס, את שני הבתים (מספר 11 — 12),
בנה שני חדרים גדולים, אחד מסר ל״ספאדקעס" והשני
