סובולישין נבחר לראש־הקהל. ובית־משפט
של הפודוויבודה אישר ב־1 ליולי 1767 את הבחירות
למרות הליקויים החוקיים שנעשו, אולם במקומו של
סובולישין נקבע כראש הקהל הפרנס יוסף יוזל בן אהרן
נעכיליש 52). אחרי זה חזר השלום לקהילות — אחרי
מאבק מתוח במשך חמש שנים 53). אולם בזה לא
נסתיים פרק התלונות על כשרות הבחירות, כמעט
אחרי כל תקופת בחירות עד 1772 קיבל משרד הפוד־
וויבודה תלונות והאשמות בקשר לבחירות ולמעשי־
