קורוב, בשנת 1920—1921. עם פטירת רבם, הרב ר׳
ישראל סנדרוף, החזיקו את המשפחה ומינו כרב
ומטיף את בנו הצעיר, הרב סנהדראי (כעת מנהל
"עזרת תירה" בתל־אביב). הרב סנהדיאי הרצה
לפניהם הרצאות ושעורים תורניים ולימודי היהדות.
במיוחד טיפלו אנשי ביהכנ״ס, ובראשם הגבאים ליסו"
בודר, גרינשטיין ובטלין בשיקומם ובסידורם של
משפחות המהגרים הללו ועמלו לעזור להם בעליתם
