נא גם הלל לכנר, שהזהיר מפני מלחמה בשדה
התרבות, שאיימה אז על יהדות לבוב. בהנהלת ההיכל
היה הלל לכנר יושב־ראש, וחבריו יונה בייזר, עמנואל
גאל, זיגמונד רוקר, ד״ר שמעון שאף, שהיה אח״כ
יושב־ראש ועד־הקהלה. בשנת 1882/3 נשארו מן
הגבאים הישנים לכנר ובייזר ונבחרו גבאים חדשים:
ד״ר שלמה לנדסברגר, נתן מאיר והנריק יולם. נתן
מאיר נכנס לאחר זמן לועד הקהלה, היה חבר לשכת־
המסחר ומועצת־העיר וכן יו״ר הנהלת ה״היכל". בימיו
הכניסו "פוסהרמוניון" ואח״כ עוגב (אורגל) ל״היכל".
בשנת 1883 התקיימו בחירות להנהלה, אבל רוב
הנבחרים הסתלקו מתפקידם; ועד־הקהלה מינה אז
את לכנר בתור מנהל־קומיסר וקבע כעוזריו את ד״ר
שאך וד״ר לנדסברגר. לא עברו ימים מעטים ונערכו
בחירות חדשות ולהנהלה נכנסו בייזר, מאיר ולנדס־
