בעניין התקנון של לבוב בצירוף הערות, שנציגי
היהודים בלבוב ערערו נגד התקנון ולפי־דעתו מוצדקות
תלונות היהודים בחלקן. התקנון הוא בניגוד לחוקים
הכלליים ומהווה עלבון ליהודים לפיכך הציע, שהקיסר
ידחה את אישורו והוא מבקש רשות למסור לנציב
