בשרובצבאותאוסטריהללבוב, ביקשל העמידו לדין׳ ודאי בגלל דלטוריה׳ כאמור, אך כאשר הגיע שמץ דבר השמועה לאזניו׳ נחפז לשוב ללבוב. והאיץ להדפיס פה, בשנת תק״ע (1810) את הספר,לשון למודים", ועוד טרם הספיקה הרשות להעמידו לפני בית־המשפט, גאלו המות. אחרי מותו נמסרה בקשה לממשלה׳ חתומה בשם האלמנה מרת חיה רובינשטיין׳ להרשות לה להעביר את דפוסה שיש לה מעזבון אישה׳ לעיר זולקווא. ולנהלו שם על־שם גיסה, אחי בעלה, הר׳ יצחק רובינשטיין. כאשר נודע הדבר לאלמנה מרת חיה רובינשטיין, הגישה עצומותיה ודבר משפטה נגד גיסה הר׳ יצחק הנ״ל לפני השופטים׳ אולם בינתיים מתה׳ ביום ב׳ בשבט תקע״ג, ובית־דפוסה נסגר מטעם הממשלה 18). ...Connected nodes
