... בנצחו על המשוררים והנוגנים קנה לו שם עולם
כאחד המנצחים המפורסמים. במקהלתו השתתפו
משוררים מגילים שונים: ילדים־נערים, מבוגרים,
שחולקו בצבעי הקולות השונים: סופרנים, אלטים,
טנורים ובאסים. כולם היו אמונים עלי שיר בתכלית
הדיוק, והשירה בוצעה "פה אחד" ללא צליל מזויף.
רק מנצח מחונן כר׳ זיידל יכול היה להביא את כולם
לידי ליכוד נפלא כזה. תקופת כהונתו בלבוב ושירתו
בביודהכנסת מתוארת יפה ע״י ש. ז. יעבץ, יליד לבוב
("בית הכנסת", תל־אביב, חוברת ג־ד, כסלידטב
תש״ז). ואף הוא התעכב על מקהלת ר׳ זיידל שהרנינה
את הלב. כחובב חזנות נלהב, הוא מתאר את הרושם
