בשנת 1412 החליט המועצת העיריה 21 ) החלטה
אנטי־יהודית, לפי הנאסר על מבשלי־תמד לקנות

את זכויות המסחר של לבוב ואסר על האצילים לגבות
באחוזותיהם מסוחרי לבוב, בלי הבדל דת ולאומיות,
