... משרד הפודוויבודה טען שראשי הקהלה ופרנסיה מינו גזברים בלתי מוכשרים, שלא ניהלו חשבונות ולא הקפידו לסלק רבית בזמן, וגרמו לערבובי בעבודה. בית המשפט החליט לסלקם ולמנות במקומם את הגזברים הקודמים והם: שמלקה משה, משה מאנילוביץ, עזריאל זלוצובסקי, מרקו בורוכוביץ, לבקו מאשובאני־מיזס וישראל רייס, שהתחייבו לרשום את ההכנסות וההוצאות ולהקפיד בגביית המסים 37).
