בה ומייסדות שם קהילה־סניף, קהילה־בת, שהיתה נתונה
לפיקוחה ולמרותה של הקהילה־האם, משלמת באמצעותה
את מסי המלכות, נזקקת לבית־דינה ולמוסדותיה. במרו-
צת הזמן היתה ה״בת" מתפתחת ונעשית קהילה בפני
