בעיירה זלווה, אף היא בפלך הורודנה ובסמוך לאמדור,
ב״יומא דשוקא ר־בא", שבו השתתפו קהילות ליטא,
הוכרז חרם נגד החסידים בחתימת הרב הגאון דק״ק
הורודנה, שהיה גם רב הגליל. אף בגרודנה נמצאו
מתנגדים שנלחמו בחסידות והצרו את צעדי הרבי
מאמדור. בתעודה אחת נזכר שם "ר׳ הירש בר איסר
מהאראדניה" שרשם את כל שמות האנשים שרצו
לנסוע לק״ק מינסק (לר׳ מנחם-מגדל מוויטבסק) והמת-
נגדים הפריעו להם בנסיעתם. הרבי מאמדור חיבר ספר
"חיים וחסד" — לקט של דרשות על פסוקים ומאמרי
חז״ל ו״הזוהר". ר׳ חיים-חייקל נפטר באמדור ביום כ״ג
אדר תקמ״ז (1787) ובנו, ר׳ שמואל ירש את כסאו
