This Yizkor book commemorates Hlynyany, in historical Galicia, now Ukraine. Issued in New York in 1950 by the Hlynyany Emergency Relief Committee, its Yiddish-Hebrew text and 321 pages indicate a survivors’ and landsmanshaft-style record of memories and survival from a destroyed community.
