This volume commemorates the Jewish community of Hoshcha, historically in Volhynia, now Ukraine. Published in Tel Aviv in 1957 by the Hoshcha Society in New York and the Hoshcha immigrants’ organization in Tel Aviv, its 319 Hebrew-Yiddish pages suggest a community-based memorial volume for a dispersed readership.
