This volume commemorates the Jewish community of Jurbarkas, in the historical region of Lithuania and Belarus and in present-day Lithuania. Published in Jerusalem in 1991 by Jurbarkas immigrants in Israel, it is a substantial Hebrew memorial volume produced by a survivors’ and descendants’ organization.
