This Yiddish volume commemorates Pinsk, in the historic Lithuania–Belarus region and present-day Belarus. Published in New York in 1941 by a Pinsk branch of the Workmen’s Circle, it is a substantial prewar communal history and record rather than a later survivor-produced memorial book.
