This Yiddish memorial book commemorates Švenčionys, historically in the Lithuania-and-Belarus region and now in Lithuania, and twenty-three nearby communities. Produced in Tel Aviv in 1965 by the Švenčionys-area immigrants’ organisation, its 992 pages suggest a broad communal compilation of history, testimony, and remembrance.
