This Hebrew volume commemorates Svir, historically in the Lithuania-and-Belarus region and now in Belarus, between the two world wars. Issued in 1975 by the Svir immigrants’ organisation in Israel, it is a compact later memorial volume likely to preserve communal recollections and historical material.
