... ב־1924 פירסם ב״היינט" את הרומן ההיסטורי על "דון יוסף
נשיא", ומשם עבר כמשתתף קבוע ב״מאמענט/, ובו פירסם
סיפורים היסטוריים, כמו "חזון ממלכה יהודית", "ירושלים בלהבות"
ועוד. בתרצ״ג־תרצ״ד פירסם בעתון התנועה "די יידישע שטימע"
סיפור היסטורי "ברוריה".
בועידה השלישית של צעירי ציון בפולין (וארשה, אוגוסט תרצ״ב)
הרצה על עבודת תרבות בתנועה והטיף לרעיון החינוך ברוח התורה
ומקורות ישראל, ונבחר אז לחבר בהנהלת התנועה ובועד התרבות
המרכזי. הרצאתו על תפקיד העתון בתנועה עודנה מהדהדת באזני
החברים שהגיעו לארץ: "העתון בתנועה יכול להפוך לסדן הרעיון
הבהיר של תורה־ועבודה, ובמצב רזון של ספרות התנועה יש
לעתון תפקיד גדול לפתוח את הרעיון ולהרחיבו בתכלית השלימות".
הוא הראה שאפשר היה להגיע בתנועה לעת היומי.Connected nodes
