עם הצטרפותי לגורדוניה עמדנו בסימן גידול מתמיד, ולא
יכולנו לקלוט את הרבים המתדפקים על שערינו, מחמת חוסר
במדריכים ומחנכים. משום־כך נאלצנו להסתפק בשנים הראשונות
לקיומנו בשתי שכבות — "המתעוררים" ו״מגשימים". כאשר גדלו
חניכינו ורכשו לעצמם נסיון והם היו למחנכים ולראשי־קבוצות,
הרחבנו את מסגרת ההסתדרות וקלטנו גם בני־נוער מגיל רך —
