ברג, לונדנר וזיידמן (כולם נטבחו), שעשו במיטב יכולתם
בשדה ההוראה. גם המורים הורג ל וינובסקי, זכרונם לברכה,
שלא היו מבני־העיר, עסקו בלמוד העברית בבנדין ונענו ברצון
להזמנתנו. השעורים נערכו בשעות־הערב בבית־הספר של מ. ל.
סנדישב (נפטר מישראל). ראינו ברכה בעמלנו, כי לשעורי
העברית נרשמו מאות תלמידים. ראוי לציין, שאף מחוגים דתיים
