אך צעירי המזרחי שבמקום הגיעו כנראה לידי הכרה• שרצוי ױתר להתארגן במזרחי. ואכן בראשית שבט תרע״ח התכנםו הצעירים הדתײם־לאומײם לאםפה כללית ב״בית המדרש דחסידים שבה השתתפו כל הצעירים החרדים שבעיר. אחרי מםירת דו״ח מעבודת צעירי המזרחי הרצה יחזקאל למברג על ערכו של הקרן הלאומית בכלל ועל חשיבותו של ״יער הרצל״ בפרט. נבחר וער בן 15 איש ונאסף סכום גדול לקנית שלשה דונם אדמה על שם האגודה. נתקבלה החלטה שאגודת צעירי־המזרחי היא סניף לפדרציה הצױנית־חרדית ״מזרחי״ (הצפירה, ט׳ יאדר, תרע״ח). ...
