באקאנט געווארן פרייטאג ערב שבת חזון, תרע״ה. עס איז
שווער איבערצוגעבן דעם רושם פון יענעם שבת, ווען פיל
יונגע לייט האבן פלוצלונג באדארפט פארלאזן זייערע פאמי־
ליעס און גיין אין דער מלחמה זונטאג, תשעה־באב, גאנץ
פרי, האבן מיר באגלייט, מיט יאמער און געוויין, די אומגליק־
לעכע קרבנות. מ׳איז אלץ געגאנגען, געוויינט, געכליפעט אין
דער שטיל, געווישט די אויגן, און נאכדעם זיך געהאלזט, גע־
קושט, גע׳חלש׳ט, און אפגעזעגנט זיך מיט די אומגליקלעכע
קרבנות. די יונגע לייט זענען אפגעפארן צום באן, די קרובים
