... הרוחות הקרות שהחלו לנשב מגרמניה ההיטלראית׳ הגיעו לפולין. החלה הפוליטיקה
האנטישמית בצורת ה״אובשם״, כלומר׳ מצור כלכלי על היהודים והאיסור על שחיטה
יהודית. יחד עם שאר היהודים קײמו יהודי לוקוב אסיכּת מחאה שבה השתתפו יהודים
מכל הזרמים. החנוױת נסגרו והעבודה בבתי המלאכה ובתי החרושת הופסקה. היהודים
בעיר קײמו התנגדות לפעולת המצור של החוליגנים הפולנײם. קצבים ופועלים יהודײם
נהגו לגרש את שומרי המצור שעמדו ליד חגוית יהודױת כדי לא להכניס קונים סולגײם.
ביום חמישי אחד, ביום שוק גדול נעמדו ליד חנויות היהודים קבוצות גדולות של
חוליגנים. הנוער העובד היהודי נאסף במספרה של משה פסלה. משה פסלה יצא לראות
איך הענינים / ולסימנו יצאו נערי העבודה החזקים׳ האחים לופט׳ ונתנו לחוליגנים
