בכל הזדמנות פנו שלטונות־החינוך את תשימת
לב המורים לדרישות "לשמור בעין פקוחה על כתות
בית־הספר", בגלל התוצאות העגומות בשטח למודים.
ביחוד, לא היו מרוצים מדוגמאות־הכתב של תלמידי
הסמינריון. לפי סעיף 14 של תקנון יוסף 11 נקבעה
הנחיצות לשם הכשרת מנגנון חנוכי — להקים
סמינריון למורים בלבוב. בתחילה נוסדו קורסים
להכשרת מורים ("פרעפאראנדי") בהנהלתו של אהרן
פרידנטל במשכרת 200 פל׳ לשנה ותשלום דמי־פיקוח
ונסיעות. בכל קורס השתתפו 10 חניכים במשך
חדשיים. בשנת 1793 נתאשרו הקורסים בסמינריון
ולמנהל הוענק תואר "מנהל־סמינריון". ...Connected nodes
