קהל ת לבוב, במאמציה להבטיח את התקציב, היתה
מוכנה לסגור את בית־הספר לנערות 21 ) ולהעביר את
תקציבו בסך 6000 גולדן לשנה לתקציב הסמינריון.
בישיבתו מ־5 בדצמבר 1891 קבל ועד־הקהלה, בראשותו
