... אחרי האקציה של אוגוסט 1942 הוכרזה הפקודה
על יסוד הגיטו. הפעם לא יצאה הפקודה מע ם
האדמיניסטרציה האזרחית, שכבר לא היתה לה כל
שליטה ביהודים, אלא הגנרל קאצמאן, מפקד ה0.ס.,
חתם עליה. המועד האחרון להקמת הגיטו נקבע ליום
7 בספטמבר 1942. כל יהודי שימצא אחרי המועד
מחוץ לשטח הגיטו, — אחת דינו למות, והוא הדין
לגבי כל נוצרי אשר יתן מקלט ליהודי להסתתר
