... את הנוסח של הפריבילגיה שאושרה ע״י יאגיללו
ליהודי לבוב ב־30 בספטמבר 1387, ונמצא בכתבי־יד של
ספריית אוסליניאון. תעודה זו היא בהתא ם לתאריך שהותו
של יאגיללו בלבוב ושמות העדים החתומים עליה זהים עם
שמות בני־לוויתו. גם הצורה המשרדית הרשמית זהה עם
כתבי־אישור אחרים שניתנו אז על ידי המלך.
