שוב המאבק עם העיריה בעניני זכות המסחר והדיור .
העיריה לא הסתפקה בנצחונה משנת 1759 — אלא
הצטרפה ליתר הערים בפולין בפעולות נגד היהודים .
במרס 1765 הגישה עירית לבוב יחד עם עירית קרקא ,
פוזנא , לובלין וכו׳ פטיציה לסיים בוארשה על הרס
