... בשנת 1783 נוסד בלבוב ביודספר יסודי כללי
ו־4 בתי־ספר מכינים (טריביאלשולע). מלבד זה
התקיימו בלבוב גם בית־ספר לילדי הקצינים בהם
לימדו סגני־קצינים, שגמרו את שירותם הצבאי. בזמן
קיומם של המנזרים נמשכו הלימודים גם בבתי־
הספר הלטיניים שיסדו. הגמנסיה הראשונה של רשת־
החינוך הממשלתית נפתחה בלבוב ב־1 בספטמבר
1784. ב־3 ביולי אותה שנה הוקמה גם האוניברסיטה
ובה פקולטות לפילוסופיה, משפטים ורפואה. שפת־
