העיריה בלבוב. בראשה הועמד נשיא (משכורתו — 1800
פל׳ לשבה), סגנו (1200 פל'), 12 יועצים לענינים אזרחיים־
פליליים, 4 יועצים לעבינים פוליטיים (8 מהם קבלו משכרת
שנתית בסך 800 פל׳ ו־8 — 700 פל׳), 4 מזכירים (2 קבלי
— 600 פל׳ ו־2 — 500 פל׳), 3 מנהלי־פרטיכל, עוזר (300
סל׳), רגיסטרטור (500 פל׳), אקספדיטור (600 פל׳), גזבר,
מפקח, ועוד 18 פקידים, 21 שמשים, ותלין אחד. בידי
העיריה היה גם השיפוט בענינים פליליים עד נובמבר
