... כעבור 20 שנה — בשנת 1884, עלתה הקרן לסכום
של 75.000 פלורין. מן הרווחים שולמו הוצאות כלכלה
והשתלמות של 25 — 20 שוליות אצל אומנים ובבתי־
מלאכה בסכום של 600 — 800 פלורין לשנה. אחרי
גמר השתלמותם קבלו השוליות הלבשה יסכום מסויים.
הקרן הוציאה מדי שנה בשנה בממוצע 1000 עד 1500
פלורין, למטרות אלו. התקיים גם בית־הספר למלאכה
שהיו בו מכינה ו־2 כתות, לפי תכנית־למודים של בתי־
הספר העממיים. השעורים ניתנו בערבים, אחרי
שהשוליות גמרו את עבודתם בבתי־המלאכה. בבית־
הספר למדו פולנית. גרמנית, חשבון, גיאוגרפיה, פיסי־
קה, למודי־טבע, שרטוט וגם למודי־דת ושפה עברית. ...Connected nodes
