בתחילת העשור 1891 — 1900 היו בהנהלת ה״היכל"
חברים אלו: בייזר, מאיר, ווהלפלד, אמיל די־מיזם,
נחמיה לנדס. במקום מיזס ולנדס שהתפטרו, נכנסו
כחברי־ההנהלה שלמה רוזנצווייג (לשעבר מורה בבית־
הספר), אפרים אפל וד״ר יעקב דיאמנד (עו״ד). בשנת
1894 הצטרף לחבר המנהלים נציג ועד־הקהלה עו״ד
ד״ר שלמה לנדסברגר. בבחירות ב־1898 יצאו מן
ההנהלה בייזר, מאיר ורוזנצוייג, ונבחרו במקומם
ד״ר אדולף מנקס ויעקב רובינשטיין. בתקופת־העשור
הזאת נתחדש הבנין של ד״היכל", נקבע בו עוגב
(אורגל) ולמקהלות נתקבלו גם נשים. פרופ׳ ווינובסקי
(נוצרי), נתקבל כמנגן על העוגב והוחלט להפעילו
