בלבוב, נכנסו הפורעים לחצרו והרגו בו 11 יהודים
מוויניק, הסמוכה ללבוב, הרסו ושרפו את ביהכנ״ס
והכנסת־אורחים. ר׳ בנימין ויניץ הצליח להציל את
משפחתו וברח העירה אל בנו ר׳ מאיר ויניץ־כרמי
(כעת בת״א). ר׳ מאיר כרמי, החסיד הזידאצובי, שינה
את שמו עוד בלבוב ועלה עם כל משפחתו לארץ"
