התכנית נתקבלה באהדה ע״י גראף גאיסרוק,
שהעביר את התזכיר לשלטונות וינה, בהמלצה חמה,
בה נתן ביטוי להערכתו החיובית את ברק יוסלביץ,
בגלל רגש הכבוד והגאווה שבו 41). אולם מועצת
