בשנת 1672 נותקו ממדינת רייסין לפי חוזידשלום
שנחתם בבוצאץ, בין פולין ותורכיה, ברצלב ופודוליה
שעברו תחת שלטון תורכיה. ואחרי שפודוליה הוחזרה
לפולין לפי תנאי השלום בקארלוביץ (1699), לא
הסכימו כבר הקהילות להישאר מסונפות למדינת רייסין
ולהכיר בהגמוניה של קהלת לבוב ורבה. קהלת
פודוליה הכריזו על עצמן כמדינה עם רב־המדינה
