... ב־23 ביוני 1608 נחתם בין היהודים ולבין הישועים הסכם חדש במקום ההסכם מ־10 באפריל 1606. היהודים התחייבו להמציא את הכסף לקניית הבתים, הישועים קבלו על עצמם למסור ליהוז״ם את המגרשים והבתים שהוחרמו בשבילם מידיהם. ב־25 ביוני 1606 קבלו היהודים מאת הישועים את תעודות העברת־הרכוש ובאותו יום הושג גם אישורו של המלך.
