תרמ״ח (1888), ר׳ צבי הירש ב״ר
מרדכי זאב אורנשטיין. אביו, רמ״ז. בנו
יחידו של הר׳ יעקב אורנשטיין, מת בדמי ימיו על
פני אביו בשנת תקצ״ז (1837), בהיות ר׳ צבי הירש
עלם צעיר. אחרי־כן התחתן רצ״ה עם בת הר׳ יחיאל
מיכל קריסטיאמפולר, שהיה חתנו של ר׳ אהרן, מגדולי
בריסק־דליטא, מחבר ספר "מנחת אהרן" על מסכת
סנהדרין, ובשנת תרכ״ה (1865) נתקבל רצ״ה לאב״ד
בבריסק־דליטא ונהג שם רבנות תשע שנים עד שיצאה
פקודה מהשלטון הרוסי שעליו לעזוב את רוסיה,
