שלטונות. מצד אחד היו בה שלטונות אוסטריה עם
מנגנון מינהלי של צ׳כים וגרמנים, מצד שני התייחס
הציבור הפולני באהדה לתנועה הלאומית של
קושציושקו והלגיונרים. במועדונים שנוסדו ע״י עורכי
