גייסו ב־1606 בסנדומי ר את הקונפדרציה, שקבעה בין
64 תלונות נגד המלך גם את דבר היותו מוקף ישועים
— והשינויים הכריחו את הישועים להתפשר עם היהודים
מניות שחששו, שהיהודים ימצאו תמיכה מצד הסיים
ויזכו. הארכיהגמון זאמויסקי, ראש הישועים דציום
סטריבר, הכומר גאיבסקי ונציגי היהודים שהיו אז
בווארשה הגיעו ב־10 באפריל 1606 בלי ידיעת מועצת
העיר, לידי הסכם, שהיהודים בלבוב היו צריכים
לתת תמורת הבתים והמגרשים בשטח היהודי: בית־
הכנסת הישן והמרחץ העירוני, בדרך חלופין בתים
אחרים, שיקנו וימסרו לישועים. את הבתים היו
צריכים לקנות עד 15 באוגוסט 1606. ועל הישועים
היה להשיג את הסכמת מועצת־העיר ואשור־המלך
ולוותר על כל תביעות לבתים ומגרשים של היהודים
שנמסרו להם לפי פסק־דין מ־3 בינואר 1606. ...Connected nodes
