לפני היודנראט. בפגישה הראשונה לא קיבלו אנשי היודנראט את ההצעה, אבל גם לא דחוה, ובינתיים נמשכה העבודה בהקמת שני הצריפים הגדולים והמבנים הקטנים הסמוכים להם בשטח. לבסוף נתקבלה הצעתנו על דעת היודנראט, והחלטנו להעביר את הנוער לעבודה בשטח הבור המשתרע על 100 מורג, קניין חברת המכרות.
משנגמרה הקמת המבנים בשרודלא והובאו המומחים (גנן מהעיריה, אחד בוגר בית ספר חקלאי מצ׳אנסטוכוב וגנן יהודי גרמני, שסבא שלו התגורר בבנדין והוא בא אליו בזמן המלחמה), התחילו חברי הקבוץ והנוער יוצאים לחווה. מנהל העבודה היה חבר הקבוץ, חניך "בלוי־ווייס", צעיר מוכשר ושמו פוהורילה. אף־על־פי־כן, לא היו צעדי הראשונים של החווה מוצלחים, ובעיקר לקה משטר העבודה. חלק קטן מהחברים ישן במקום בחדר שכור אצל פולני, היתר חוזר היה העיר לפנות ערב. הצריפים נמסרו מאוחר יותר לרשות החווה. כל שבת היו באים נציגי היודנראט לערוך תשלום לאכרים מהסביבה שמהם שכרו סוסים וכלי עבודה, ואגב כך עורכים מעין "פיקניק"...Connected nodes
