כי הגרמנים מוכנים לאפשר לנו לייסד "קיבוצים". הוא הפליג
בשבחם של הגרמנים, המבצעים את ה״פרודוקטיביזאציה" של הנוער
היהודי. היו בינינו שנתפסו לדבר, ואולם הרוב התנגד. היה ויכוח
